Noida Extension mein ROI zyada hai, bolte hai. Sector 152 is getting expensive, right? Aadhaar Shri Infratech ke projects kaise hai? Should I consider Greater Noida instead? Not sure if it's worth it.

Aadhaar Shri? Run, don't walk. I know someone who booked a flat with them 5 years ago, still no possession. RERA mein complaint bhi kiya, kuch nahi hua.

Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. Is it worth it considering the distance from Delhi?
7k? Where are you seeing that? I saw some properties listed for 6.5k. Maybe bargaining kar sakte ho.
