Noida Extension ROI: is it better than Noida proper?

I work in real estate but buying for myself is different. Noida Extension seems cheaper, but is the appreciation really better than, say, Sector 59? JMD Property Bazaar has options in both. Honestly not sure where to put my money. Which location would you pick for long-term ROI? What do you guys think?
