Noida Extension keeps coming up every time I search. Everyone glorifies it as affordable, but nobody talks about the connectivity issues! Kids have moved out, and I want something manageable, with an elevator. Sector 110 seems better for hospitals. Resale of existing property se aayega paisa. Is it worth paying extra for a better location, or is Noida Extension *that* good an investment for 2BHK? Change my mind. Patel Group ke projects kaise hain? Batao yaar.

Check the builder's financial health before investing. Many builders are struggling with debt, which can lead to project delays or even abandonment.
Ultimately, it's a personal decision. Consider your priorities, your budget, and your risk tolerance. Good luck!
Did you check the reviews of the society you are planning to buy in, on Google? Might give some perspective
So, what did you decide, OP? Noida Extension or Sector 110?
Totally agree yaar, connectivity is the main thing! I'd rather pay extra for a convenient location.
I think it depends on your risk appetite. If you're looking for a quick return, Noida Extension might not be the best option. But if you're willing to wait it out and believe in the area's potential, it could be a good long-term investment.
Rising rates are making everyone rethink their strategy. Maybe spending a bit more now for a better location will save you money in the long run.
Bhai, location is king. Especially if you're planning to live there yourself. Don't compromise on that.
Sector 150 is a better option than Noida Extension if you're looking for a balance between affordability and connectivity. Plus, it's greener and more open.
Sector 150 is definitely pricier though, right?
Haan, but worth it in the long run. The infrastructure is much better, and the quality of construction is generally higher.
Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. Noida Extension mein 5-6k mil jayega.
Don't just look at the price per sq ft. Check the carpet area vs. super area. Some builders in Noida Extension are notorious for inflated super area.
Which floor are you considering? Lower floors can be noisy and dusty, while higher floors might have better views but can be a pain if the elevators aren't working properly.
Possession mila kya kisi ko Patel Group mein? That's the real question.
My friend bought in Patel Neo Township. Possession was delayed by almost 2 years.
Haan bhai, Patel Group ka possession record is not good. Check the RERA website for the latest updates on their projects.
Patel Group? Be very careful. Check RERA registration number and completion timelines *very* carefully. They have a history of delays.
What's your budget and expected rental yield? That's the key to deciding if Noida Extension is a good investment or not.
Mera bhi same experience tha. I was lured by the lower prices in Noida Extension, but the lack of basic amenities and the constant dust made me regret my decision. I eventually sold and moved to Sector 75.
Connectivity toh improving hai na? Metro extension aa raha hai. Or am I missing something?
Aa raha hai kab? That's the question! They've been saying this for years. Don't hold your breath.
Exactly! And even when it comes, how close is it to *your* building? You'll still need auto/rickshaw.
U3, Metro is planned, but land acquisition issues are slowing things down. Look at the fine print before buying.
Bhaiyo, metro is still a big plus point. Maybe not today, but in 5 years, it will make a huge difference.
I bought in Noida Extension 5 years ago. Biggest mistake of my life. Infrastructure is still a mess, and the promised amenities are still 'under construction'.
Resale value bhi Noida Extension mein utna nahi milega, especially if you need to sell quickly. Sector 110 might be a safer bet if you're relying on the resale money.
True that. I tried selling my flat in Gaur City last year. Took me almost 6 months and I had to drop the price significantly.
Sector 110 mein bhi resale value depends on the builder and the society. Check comparable sales data before deciding.
I feel you, yaar. Noida Extension is touted as the 'affordable' option, but connectivity is a legit concern. Sector 110 is definitely better if hospitals are a priority. Patel Group...mixed reviews hain. Which project are you looking at specifically?
Sasta is relative, bhai. Noida Extension might be cheaper per sq ft, but add in the travel time, the lack of good infrastructure, and suddenly it's not such a great deal. Think long term.
