I just took possession of my Nitya Home flat in Sector 152 a couple months back. Honestly, my pre-launch price seemed okay then, but now I'm seeing resale 3BHKs in Sector 137 for ₹90L. That's way less than new projects asking ₹1.1Cr+ for similar. New builders barely budge on prices. In resale, there's much more negotiation room for a quick deal. Am I wrong, or are new projects in Noida just too rigid now?
