Sector 1, Noida Extension mein property rates are high. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different. Schools toh kaafi ache hain nearby, but traffic peak hours mein kills me. Is the investment potential actually good? Heard waterlogging bhi hoti hai monsoon mein. Anyone living there, what's the real deal? Should I invest or look elsewhere? Super area vs carpet area games are strong, need honest opinions.
