Noida Extension Sector 10: Investment worthwhile?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 10, Noida Extension. What's your take on the future development plans there? I've heard about new metro connectivity, but is it confirmed? Kya kisi ko pata hai about the appreciation prospects in the next 5 years? Also, how's the social infrastructure? Are there good community centers nearby? I'm a bit concerned about the distance from the main city. Is it a big con? Which is better for families, Sector 10 or other sectors near Noida Extension? Mujhe advice chahiye! Not sure if it's a good decision. What do you think?
