Just moved to Sector 10, Noida Extension. Metro toh door hai yaar! Traffic bhi zyada hai. Is it worth the investment? Kya rate badhega? Change my mind. Anyone else feel this?

Agar investment horizon long term hai, toh theek hai. Short term mein toh mushkil hai.

Depends on the project, but roughly 4500-5500 per sqft. Negotiate hard!

Metro toh nahi hai, but FNG expressway se connectivity achi hai. That's a plus point.

Rate badhega? Impossible to say for sure. But Sector 16B (crossing republic) is seeing good appreciation because of better infrastructure. Sector 10 will need time to catch up.
