Just moved to Sector 10, Noida Extension. Connectivity is okay, but waterlogging during monsoon is real! Kya aap logon ko pata hai iska solution? Investment sahi hai ya nahi?

My suggestion: Visit the site during the monsoon to see the waterlogging situation firsthand. Don't rely on what the builder tells you.
Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake. Swimming pool is still a dream, even after 5 years!
Prices are going up everywhere due to inflation and increased demand. Noida is no exception. But waterlogging is a major deterrent.
Honestly, I'd wait and watch. Let the waterlogging issue be resolved first. There are better investment opportunities in Gurgaon right now.

Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. Sector 10 mein ek flat book kiya tha. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. Refund leke nikal gaya.
RERA registration number check karo. Aur builder ka past performance report bhi. Don't be swayed by fancy brochures.
