Noida Extension societies never deliver on full power backup promises.
Noida Extension – just moved into Supertech Aadri a few months back, and already things feel different than the sales pitch. We were told about 24/7 power backup, full flat coverage. But honestly, it's mostly for common areas and one light/fan point per room. During power cuts, the ACs are useless. This really impacts day-to-day life, especially with summer coming. Also, the water supply isn't always consistent; sometimes the pressure is really low, especially on higher floors. Is this typical for other societies here too? What was your experience with power backup and water issues? Did anyone get a full flat backup? Feeling a bit misled, tbh.

Actually, Supertech Aadri was completed in 2018, so it
Supertech ka track record toh waise bhi thoda iffy raha hai. Aadri ka possession 2018 mein hua tha na? Tab se ab tak situation improve nahi hui kya? I heard similar complaints from a friend who bought in Ajayabpur. RERA number null dikha raha hai, which is weird for a completed project. Maybe that's why they got away with less?
Haan bhai, same pinch! We bought in a society near Alpha II, Greater Noida, and the power backup is a joke. They showed us mock-ups with ACs running, but reality hits hard during summer. Generator chalta hai, but only for essentials. Mera friend Alistonia Estate mein rehta hai, wahan bhi yahi haal hai. Builders just want to close the deal, baaki sab bhool jao.
U3, it's XYZ Homes, not a very big builder. But the issue is common across the board.
Exactly! They bait you with these amenities and then cut corners. Aur hum jaise first-time buyers toh easily believe kar lete hain. Budget tight hota hai, so you try to get the best deal, par end mein yeh sab issues aate hain. Really disheartening.
Alpha II mein kaunsa project hai aapka? Name bata sakte ho?
Oh god, this is exactly what I'm worried about. We're looking at properties in Noida Extension too, and the sales guys promise the moon. Supertech Aadri is quite well-known, so hearing this is a huge red flag. Is this common for all builders here?
