Since last Diwali I'm checking properties in Noida Extension. Sector 12 mein resale flats ₹78L tak mil rahe, but new launches ₹85L se upar ja rahe. Is that price gap normal? Kya under-construction lene ka risk worth it hai over ready-to-move?
