Bhai, you're not wrong! Noida Extension mein under-construction ka scene toh sach mein risky hai. Mere ek dost ka project 5 saal se delayed hai, builder bas date pe date de raha hai. Ready-to-move ka premium is worth the peace of mind, I totally agree.
