Noida Extension upgrades: What's the real construction quality like?
Not gonna lie, I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed looking at 3BHK options in Noida Extension. Currently living in a 2BHK, but family badh rahi hai, so thinking of upgrading to a bigger 3BHK ya small villa. I'm checking out places like APS Royal Homes. Mera main concern hai construction quality aur after-possession issues. Brochure mein sab acha dikhta hai, but actual reality kya hai? Kisi ne experience kiya hai kya ki cracks, seepage, ya fittings ki problem aayi ho after a year or two? Aur children's play area ka kya scene hai? Woh bas naam ke liye hai ya actually usable aur safe hota hai? Already home loan chal raha hai, so I want to make sure the premium is justified. What should I look out for during site visits? Any red flags?
