Noida Extension vs. Jewar: Infra impact ke asli winners kaun?
Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 1, Noida Extension. Honestly, fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, so finally taking the plunge. Everyone glorifies Jewar Airport ka impact for appreciation, but what about the FNG Expressway and Aqua Line extensions? I feel like unka potential under-discussed hai. Matlab, will areas closer to these, like parts of Noida Extension or even further into Greater Noida, see better immediate ROI than waiting for Jewar to fully mature? Not sure if the price jump due to Jewar is already baked in. Meri budget ₹80L-₹1.2Cr tak hai for a 2/3BHK. Should I focus on areas already seeing benefits from these other infra projects, ya Jewar ke aas paas abhi bhi 'affordable' investment windows hain? Change my mind.
