Noida Extension vs. proper Noida - ROI difference real?

I've bought two flats – one in Noida Extension, one in Sector 10. Extension was cheaper, obviously. But rent difference isn't huge. Sector 10 mein I get better tenants, matlab less headache. ROI wise, is Noida Extension really worth it? Gaurs Group projects dikhte toh ache hain, but…? Anyone else facing this?
