Noida Extension vs Sector 156 — ROI reality check

₹80 lakh for a 2BHK in Noida Extension? Seriously? Everyone talks about the 'future potential' but honestly, when will that potential actually materialize? I'm thinking of selling my big house and downsizing, kids have moved out toh ab kya fayda. Sector 156 seems better, at least hospitals are nearby. But the prices are insane. AVJ Group ka project dekha tha, maintenance charges are killer. Resale market mein bhi itna competition hai. Noida Extension mein sasta toh hai, but dar lagta hai. Is it all just hype? Maybe ready-to-move is safer than under construction, RERA shera sab dhoka hai. Change my mind. Tell me why Noida Extension is worth the risk. Investment point of view se, kya sahi hai?
