I work in real estate but buying for myself is totally different, right? I'm looking at two options: Noida Extension for rental income or something near Yamuna Expressway for long-term appreciation, maybe a plot. Noida Extension seems safer, with more tenants available. But Yamuna Expressway… Jewar Airport ka hype is real, though ROI timeframe is longer. Another thing, OMM Reality & Infrastructure has a project in Sector 62A. It's tempting, but the price feels premium. Between these two strategies and that builder, which one would you pick if you were in my position? What does the community think? Vote/comment!

Consider the upcoming metro line extension in Noida Extension. It might boost rental demand.
Before investing in Noida Extension, check for waterlogging issues during the monsoon. Some sectors are really bad.
Long term, Yamuna Expressway has potential, but it's a risky bet. Noida Extension is more stable, but less upside.
OMM Reality? I'd be cautious. New builder usually offer attractive prices but delivery is a question mark.
So, what did you decide? Which way are you leaning now?
Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. Better infrastructure and connectivity than Noida Extension. Consider that as an option too.
Possession status kya hai OMM wale project ka? Delayed toh nahi hai?
They are saying possession by end of 2024, but I'm skeptical.
End of 2024? Lol. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya.
Noida Extension is good if you're looking for quick rental income and don't mind the crowd and infrastructure issues. Yamuna Eway is a gamble. OMM Reality, do your due diligence before investing.
I invested in a plot near Jewar Airport 7 years ago. Still waiting for the promised development. Patience is key, but also frustrating.
I bought a plot near Yamuna Expressway 5 years ago. Abhi tak kuch nahi hua. Rates hardly increased. Waiting game hai bhai.
Noida Extension is safer for rental income, no doubt. But appreciation will be slower. Yamuna Eway is high risk, high reward.
Guys, remember interest rates are rising. EMI will be higher. Factor that into your calculations.
Check the builder's financial health before investing. Many builders are heavily in debt.
Noida Extension is overcrowded, infrastructure is still developing. Metro connectivity bhi limited hai. Consider that.
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Infrastructure always lags behind the construction.
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. I chose Noida Extension for rental, and honestly, it's been a headache finding reliable tenants. Turnover bohot hai.
That's true. Tenant verification is crucial. Police verification karwana compulsory hai bhai.
Jewar Airport toh 2024 bol rahe hain, phir 2025... phir? Don't believe everything you hear. Invest only what you can afford to lose.
OMM Reality ka price per sqft kya quote kar rahe hain? Sector 62A mein I know some projects around 8k-9k.
Last I checked they were quoting around 9.5k. Feels overpriced to me.
Bhai, same dilemma! Noida Extension for sure gives better rental yield right now. Yamuna Eway is pure speculation, Jewar hype kab tak chalega pata nahi. OMM, never heard of them personally.
Exactly! Extension mein at least rent toh ayega. Yamuna Eway is like lottery, lag gayi toh lag gayi!
OMM Reality? Sector 62A is prime location, but premium price matlab? Check their RERA registration and past projects thoroughly. Delayed projects ka record bohot logon ka hai.
RERA number is UPxxxx, you can check it online. But remember, RERA is just a piece of paper sometimes.
Sector 62A mein already rates high hain. Rental yield will be low compared to Noida Extension.
Yamuna Expressway is a long game. Think 10-15 years minimum. Noida Extension gives you immediate returns. Depends on your risk appetite.
