Noida Extension vs Yamuna Expressway - better ROI?

Guys, confused! Noida Extension seems saturated. Yamuna Expressway ke projects (Grihapravesh Buildteck Pvt Ltd) are tempting but risky? Airport impact toh hoga, right? What do you think, which area will give better returns in the long run? Mujhe advice chahiye. Ready-to-move better or under-construction for appreciation?

Sector 150 Noida is a good option too. Lots of greenery and good connectivity. Avg rate is around 7k/sqft now.

Bhai, this builder ka track record bahut poor hai. Delayed possessions galore. RERA mein complaints bhi hain. Be careful!

Yamuna Expressway is a gamble. But if the airport takes off as planned, the ROI will be HUGE. I'm willing to take the risk. Plus, property rates are still relatively low compared to Noida Extension.

Noida Extension mein toh saturation ho gaya hai. Every other building is under construction. Traffic is a nightmare! Yamuna Expressway seems more organized, at least for now.

Tough call! Noida Extension is definitely more developed now, but Yamuna Expressway has that airport card to play. Personally, I'd lean towards Yamuna Expressway for long-term gains. Under-construction property mein risk toh hai, but appreciation potential bhi zyada hota hai.

Airport impact toh definitely hoga, but kab? That's the million-dollar question. Noida Extension mein social infrastructure is much better right now. Schools, hospitals, malls – sab kuch toh hai.
