Noida Extension vs Yamuna Expressway - confused!

Okay I'll be honest—I'm totally confused between Noida Extension and Yamuna Expressway. Just got possession of my flat in Gaur City (Noida Extension) in March. Things nobody told me: the maintenance charges are crazy high, and finding tenants is harder than I thought! I'm thinking of investing again, but is Yamuna Expressway Sector 22A a better bet? Heard the ROI is good because of Jewar Airport. But it's so far! Should I rent out my Gaur City flat and buy something on the Expressway? Or just stick with what I have? Anyone else facing this dilemma? Matlab, is the grass really greener on the other side?
