Noida Extension vs Yamuna Expressway -- Regretting my choice?

Possession was just last month in Noida Extension and honestly, I'm having second thoughts. Everyone glorifies the affordability here, but nobody talks about the insane traffic during peak hours. Should I have stretched my budget and gone for something along the Yamuna Expressway? I'm seeing better appreciation rates being thrown around. My EMI is killing me, and the promised rental yield isn't materializing. Is the Jewar Airport hype actually translating to higher rents, or is it just speculation? I thought 2BHK would be easy to rent out. Change my mind. Or agree? Tell me your experiences!
