Noida Extension vs. Yamuna Expressway: ROI?

Rental yield important hai toh Noida Extension makes more sense right now. Expressway pe toh abhi kuch nahi milne wala. But future potential Expressway ka zyada hai.

Bhai Dubai mein baithe ho toh INR appreciate hone ka wait karo. Abhi toh rupee is weak. You'll get more bang for your buck later. Just my 2 cents.
