Noida Extension water supply is a gamble

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. I'm currently in a 2BHK, looking for a 3BHK. Heard mixed things about Swarnim Vihar. Is their water supply consistent, or do tankers become a daily sight? And what about power backup – is it full flat or just common areas? Don't want to upgrade just to deal with basic utility issues, it's frustrating.
