Noida Extension: Where's the *real* 5-year ROI?
My loan's pre-approved for Noida Extension, but I'm stuck between UCHDL Elegantia and Capital Green Avenue 74. Elegantia's under-construction status means higher risk, but maybe better appreciation? Capital Green is ready, lower entry point, but what about total cost of ownership, including maintenance? From my experience, completed projects can still surprise you. Which one offers better 5-year ROI, considering all charges?

Elegantia ka toh possession date 2018-12-31 tha na? Abhi tak mil gaya kya? Builder ne toh bahut late kar diya hai. I heard stories about their previous projects also. Under-construction ka risk is always high, especially jab builder ka track record itna clean na ho. Capital Green sounds safer, at least you know what you're getting. Don't just look at entry price, long term issues are a bigger headache.
