Noida Extension: Which builder delivers on time?

I'm planning to invest in Noida Extension, but I'm confused about which builder to choose. Has anyone experienced significant delays with any particular builder there? I'm mainly looking at projects by Gaurs and Ace. Gaurs ka track record delivery timings ke hisaab se kaisa hai? Ace Group projects mein delays hote hain kya? Also, what about the quality of construction by these builders? Which one is better in terms of construction quality and materials used? Mujhe advice chahiye! What's your take? Which one would you recommend considering both delivery timelines and construction? Kya aap logon ko pata hai?
