Yaar, I'm thinking of investing in Noida Extension. Has anyone experienced delays with Amrapali (remedial projects) or Gaursons? Heard mixed reviews. Which one is better for on-time delivery now? Also, what about hidden charges at possession? Kisi ko pata hai? I don't want any surprises later! And resale value after 5 years? Confused, mujhe advice chahiye. What do you guys think?

I bought in Gaur City 14th Avenue 3 years ago. Promised possession was 2020, got it in late 2021. Hidden charges were around 1.5 lakhs extra for 'development charges' and stuff. Resale value has increased, but not as much as I expected. Location is key.
Hidden charges are a scam, yaar. RERA mein complaint karo if they are unreasonable. But be ready for a long fight.

Bilkul sahi kaha U1! Amrapali ka toh naam hi kaafi hai darrane ke liye. Gaursons is comparatively better, but 'on-time' is a myth in Noida Extension. Pehle RERA registration number check karo, aur builder ka past performance bhi.
Bhai, don't even think about Amrapali. Supreme Court ke order ke baad bhi, things are slow. Gaursons ka Grandeur is decent, but still, expect a 6-12 month delay. Hidden charges toh pakka lagenge, prepare for that. Negotiation karna padega!
Grandeur mein kaunsa tower dekh rahe ho? I heard Tower A mein kuch issues hain abhi bhi.
