Noida Extension: Which builder has better resale?

Noida Extension, I'm looking at investing from Dubai. Can't visit, so need your ground truth. I'm torn between Amrapali and Supertech. Amrapali, I know, had issues, but some say resale is decent now. Supertech... well, construction delays are a worry. My budget's tight, so resale value after 5 years matters a lot. Honestly not sure which builder's projects are better for long-term ROI in this area. Plus, I need a property manager, so ease of renting out is key.
