Noida Extension: Which builder is more reliable?

Hi guys, I'm planning to invest in Noida Extension. I've been looking at projects by Gaursons and Godrej. Gaursons toh kaafi popular hai, but what about their construction quality? Godrej seems good, but are they delivering projects on time? Kya kisi ne Gaursons mein late possession face kiya hai? Which one is better for long-term investment and ROI? Please share your experiences. Mujhe advice chahiye!
