Noida Extension ya Sector 154 - Which is better?

Guys, I'm planning to invest in Noida real estate. I'm confused between Noida Extension and Sector 154. Which area do you think has better ROI potential in the long run? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the future development plans in both areas? I've heard good things about Hometech Global. Has anyone here invested in their projects? What's your experience? Also, what about rental yield potential? Which area offers better rental income? I'm looking for long-term investment, so mujhe advice chahiye on which one to choose. Sector 154 mein property rates are higher, is it worth it? What's your take?
