Noida Extension's 2026 price growth is pure speculation.

I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 12, considering a 3BHK. Prices are up, everyone's banking on Jewar Airport and FNG. But is this 5-10% annual rise sustainable until 2026? Or will we see a correction? Wondering if I should wait or buy my 3BHK now. What do you all think?
