We're looking to downsize, kids have moved out, so don't need a huge place. Max Estate 128 II looks good on paper, but I'm worried about the day-to-day reality. Builder brochures show great amenities, but ground reality kya hai? Like water supply, is it reliable 24/7 or tanker pe depend karna padta hai? And elevators, especially for senior citizens, unki maintenance aur breakdown kitna hota hai? Don't want to get stuck. Also, children's play area, even if our kids are grown, grandkids aate rehte hain. Is it actually safe aur clean, ya bas naam ke liye hai? We want a peaceful, manageable life, not daily struggles with basic utilities. Has anyone else felt ki amenities sirf marketing gimmick hain? What's the real experience there?

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Max Estate 128 II ka brochure dekh ke toh lagta hai sab kuch perfect hai. But yeh amenities ka 'paper talk' wala point hit kiya. Hum toh first-time buyers hain, budget bhi tight hai. Aise high-end projects mein bhi basic water supply ka issue ho sakta hai kya? Meri mummy ko elevators ki bahut tension rehti hai.
Sahi keh rahe ho U1. Price range toh waise bhi ₹11.4 Cr se shuru hai, it
