Noida Extension projects like Gaurs 6th Avenue dikhne mein bade green lagte hain. But kya actual green areas usable hain ya bas showpiece? Clubhouse facilities bhi kitni use hoti hain? My parents say maintenance ka issue rehta hai.

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Gaurs 6th Avenue ki pics dekh ke toh lagta hai heaven hai, but jab parents ne maintenance ki baat ki toh darr lag gaya. Sach mein, woh green spaces aur clubhouse kitne usable hote hain? Ya bas dikhane ke liye hai, aur fir koi use hi nahi karta?
U5, location achi hai no doubt, but current market conditions mein thoda tricky hai. Gaurs 6th Avenue ki price range ₹66 L – ₹1.
U1, sahi baat hai. Mere cousin ne Alpha II Greater Noida mein liya tha, wahan bhi green spaces just for show hain. Kids play area bhi chhota sa hai.
U1, bilkul sahi kaha! Maintenance ka toh har dusre project mein issue rehta hai. Builders bas bade-bade waade karte hain.
