Since last Diwali, I've been seriously checking out flats in Noida Extension, especially for my first home. Honestly, the listed prices looked okay, but ab samajh nahi aa raha ki itne hidden charges kaise hote hain! I'm talking stamp duty, registration, PLC, interiors... koi idea nahi tha itna sab add ho jaata hai. My budget was ₹78L, but seems like I need another ₹10-12L easily. Also, under-construction projects like Blessings Homz ka delivery risk kitna hai? Everyone talks about Jewar airport's future, but I'm worried about getting possession on time. Should I even consider under-construction for a first home? What should I specifically look for during site visits beyond the model flat? Any advice on budgeting for these extras and checking builder timelines would be super helpful. Hope this helps someone else too.
