Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector in Noida Extension. Everyone talks about Jewar Airport and the Aqua Line extension boosting prices, but is it really happening? Or is that just future hype? Also, are the advertised rental yields from properties by Gaurs Group or ATS Group near Pari Chowk actually achievable? Honestly not sure if it's worth it for end-use with investment.
