Noida Extension's 'luxury' has hidden cracks
Since selling our big family home last year, I've been looking for a 2BHK in Noida Extension. Okay, I'll say what no one says: builders like Rajesh Towers I and J R G Luxury Homes show amazing clubhouses in brochures, but what's actually delivered at possession? Everyone glorifies the shiny pictures, but nobody talks about the actual construction quality after a year. Are those cracks and seepage issues normal? And maintenance charges are crazy high, but is the service ever value for money? Disagree? Tell me why.
