Noida Extension's 'premium' amenities are mostly fake
₹25,000 rent for a 2BHK in Noida Extension, and my landlord just hiked it 10%. Fed up of renting, I'm finally taking the plunge. Everyone glorifies Noida Extension's potential, but nobody talks about the actual project quality post-possession, yaar. I'm checking Gaurik Krishna Homes 2, and site visit pe sab sahi lagta hai. But construction quality ki real picture kya hai? Will I see cracks, seepage within a year? And those fancy clubhouses, are they used daily or just ghost facilities after a while? Maintenance charges high but service zero, is that true? Disagree? Tell me why.

Gaurik Krishna Homes 2 is completed as per RERA. Possession date was February 2024. Bhai, check the actual handover quality. My cousin got possession in a different project near Ajayabpur, and the finishings were terrible. Cracks in walls, cheap fittings. Don't just go by the sample flat.
