₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in Sector 150 feels like a lot, honestly. I'm in a 2BHK in Amarpali Silicon City right now, and thinking of upgrading. Everyone's talking about Jewar Airport and FNG Expressway pushing prices, but is Noida Extension still a good investment for 2026-27? Or have prices peaked too early? Looking at projects from Godrej or Gaursons, the jump from my current EMI feels massive. Is that premium for a 3BHK truly justified, or should I wait? What's the general vibe on appreciation here now?
