Noida Extension's 'premium quality' is just marketing hype, right?

Are Godrej's projects in Noida Extension actually worth the premium for quality, ya sab marketing hype hai? I'm finally looking to buy my first 2BHK/3BHK, budget around ₹90L-₹1.2Cr, mostly near Sector 150 ya Greater Noida West. Dekha hai Godrej Nurture and ATS Pristine, Gaursons bhi. My parents keep saying construction quality is a huge issue with builders nowadays, like plaster cracks and seepage after a year. Is this true for these guys? Also, hidden charges like PLC ya EDC, kitna add ho jaata hai at possession? Don't want any surprises. For end-users like me, which builder ka track record sahi hai for actual quality and transparency? Koi experience share kar sakta hai?
