Noida Extension's price surge is unsustainable.

Just moved into my S P Sai IT Pvt Ltd flat in Sector 92 last month, and honestly, thoda tension ho raha hai. Possession was a bit delayed but finally sorted. I paid around ₹78L for a 3BHK, which felt okay then. But now, prices seem to be climbing like crazy, especially with all the Jewar Airport and FNG news. Lagta hai maine late buy kiya kya? Or is this still a good entry point? Should I have waited, ya sahi time pe le liya? Kya lagta hai, will this appreciation continue?
