Sector 150 — I'm looking at properties here for myself, not clients. I know builder tricks, but buying apna ghar feels different. Saw Godrej, ATS 3BHKs hitting ₹1.5 Cr. My budget is ₹1.2 Cr, adjusting. Main concern: long-term ROI. Jewar Airport, FNG Expressway, Aqua Line extension— these infra projects are big. But for *actual* big gains in Sector 137 or 150, kitna time hold karna padega? Builders hype appreciation, but what's the ground reality after 5-7 years? Is 5-10% p.a. realistic, ya will infra boost it more? Should I target under-construction or ready-to-move for better long-term appreciation? What are your experiences, especially those who bought earlier? Is it still a good entry point for a long-term hold?
