Honestly not sure if I'm overthinking this, but buying for myself feels completely different than selling to clients. I'm looking at Sector 156, Noida Extension, and while the prices seem competitive, I'm worried about real-world safety. Is it actually secure at night, especially around those newer projects? I know what builders don't tell you about infrastructure promises. Also, what's the ground reality for schools and hospitals in the immediate vicinity? Need honest opinions, not marketing fluff. Are there decent options for kids and emergencies close by?
