Since last Diwali I've been drowning in property research. Stellar One Phase II looks good, but under-construction ka risk kaun lega yaar? My parents keep saying Unibera Towers is ready-to-move, but total cost of ownership seems tricky. Builder ka track record bhi dekhna hai. Not sure if an upcoming project's final cost is truly better. Anyone faced hidden charges after possession?

Upar se builder ka track record bhi dekhna padta hai. Hidden charges toh ab RERA ke under kam ho gaye hain, but still, maintenance, IFMS, electricity connection charges yeh sab baad mein add hote hain. Stellar One ka RERA number UPRERAPRJ923780 hai, toh atleast payment schedule clear hoga.
Bhai, hidden charges toh har project mein hote hain. Mere dost ko Greater Noida mein possession ke time shock laga tha.
Totally get you! Stellar One Phase II ka price range (₹1.6 Cr – ₹2.6 Cr) sunke toh already BP high ho jaata hai, upar se 2028-11-15 tak wait karna. Hidden charges toh pakka honge. Meri toh neend udd gayi hai soch soch ke.
