posted on 6 AprNoida flat buyers: Amrapali projects any good now?
Kids have moved out, so I'm selling our big house. Amrapali Green Valley seemed nice earlier, but kya kisi ko pata hai about current construction quality? Heard some horror stories about hidden charges later. Is it worth the risk, or should I look at something else? Any personal experiences?

Honestly, I'd say look elsewhere. Too many other good projects in Noida that aren't bogged down with legal issues.
So, what did you decide? Are you still considering Green Valley, or did you find something else?
I'd say avoid Amrapali altogether. Too much risk involved. Peace of mind is more important than a slightly lower price.
Anyone know the current circle rate in Green Valley?
Circle rate depends on the floor and location, but roughly around 40k per sq meter I think. Double check with the registry office though.
New metro line coming up near Pari Chowk might impact property prices in the long run. Something to consider if you're looking at investment.
Be careful with hidden charges. They'll try to squeeze you for everything – parking, club membership, maintenance...it never ends!
Before investing, thoroughly verify all documents and approvals. Engage a good lawyer for due diligence. Don't rely solely on the builder's promises.
Amrapali...lol. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya. They're masters of delay tactics!
There are better options in Noida Extension now. Look at Gaurs or Ace. Safer bets.
My friend got possession in Green Valley 2 years ago. He said the quality is okay-ish, nothing great. But the price was good at the time.
Check the carpet area carefully. Builders often inflate the super area and cheat you on the actual usable space.
Sector 150 is a good option. Premium projects, but prices are high. Avg rate is around 7k/sqft now.
We bought in Amrapali Dream Valley back in 2012. Still fighting for registry! Don't even go there. It's a nightmare.
Registry issues are the worst! Did you try approaching the RERA authority?
Green Valley is far from the metro, right? Connectivity is a big issue. Consider that too.
Amrapali Green Valley? Thoda risky toh hai. I heard they're still sorting out a lot of legal issues. Quality wise, honestly, it's a mixed bag. Some towers are decent, others...not so much.
True that! Legal headaches are a big concern. My cousin invested there and he's still waiting for possession.
Kids moved out, so you're downsizing? Smart move! But Amrapali? I'd be wary. Maybe look at something in Sector 7x? Better options there.
Hidden charges are a given, yaar. Every builder does that. Just factor it in. But the real question is, is the construction even happening? Visit the site yourself and see.
Bhai, Amrapali ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. So many stalled projects! Check RERA registration status and court orders before even thinking about it.
I know someone who got possession in Green Valley. They seem happy enough. But amenities are still incomplete, I think. Swimming pool toh abhi tak nahi bana.
Amenities incomplete? That's a dealbreaker for me. I want the whole package!
