Noida flat buyers: RN Elite or Vihaan 107?

Been seeing ads for RN Elite and Vihaan 107. My wife's priority is safety for the children. Has anyone compared the actual usable carpet area? Honestly not sure which offers better value for money in the long run. Also, which society has a better existing community and RWA?

Yaar, main bhi confused hoon RN Elite aur Vihaan 107 ko lekar. RN Elite ko 'completed' bol rahe hain par possession date 2025 ki hai, aur RERA number bhi 'Coming Soon' hai? Ye kya chakkar hai? Sunke hi darr lag raha hai as a first-time buyer. Bahut risky lag raha hai, especially jab biwi bachchon ki safety ki baat karti hai.
