Noida flat finishing is always disappointing.

Sector 150 – just took possession of my ATS flat a couple months back. Honestly, the finishing could be better, some plaster cracks already. My friend's Godrej flat in Sector 107 had fewer issues. Also, the hidden charges for registry were insane, way more than I expected. Does M3M also do this? Their customer support post-booking is also kinda slow.
