Noida flat hunt: Amrapali or Supertech? Confused!

Kids have moved out so I'm selling the big house and downsizing. Looking at a smaller flat in Noida. But so many builders! Amrapali and Supertech have options in my budget, but I've heard horror stories. On-time delivery ka kya scene hai? Anyone faced major delays with them? Resale value bhi important hai, don't want to get stuck with something nobody wants later. Also, read about hidden charges at possession time - PLC, EDC, IDC... how much extra did you end up paying, above the quoted price? Honestly not sure which way to go. Any advice from people who've bought from them? Which one is better for senior citizens? Need elevator and near a good hospital bhi. Hope someone can help!
