Budget finalized, loan pre-approved – now stuck on which builder. I'm eyeing a 2BHK in Sector 150, around ₹85L. Looking at Godrej and ATS. Heard about huge hidden charges for PLC/EDC popping up at possession. Is this common with them? How close is actual carpet area to advertised super area? Honestly, I'm nervous about surprises.
