Noida flat owners – hidden charges at possession?

Eldeco Swagatam mein, I'm facing crazy hidden charges at possession. PLC ke naam pe they're asking for almost 2 lakh extra! My budget is already stretched thin kyuki kids' school admission bhi hai. Honestly not sure how to manage this. They never mentioned these charges during booking. It's all very vague in the agreement too. My wife's priority is a safe neighborhood, but yeh sab dekh ke I'm getting worried. Is it normal for Eldeco to pull these stunts? Anyone else faced similar issues with them in Noida? Should I fight back or just pay up? Need advice ASAP! Bohot tension hai.
