Noida flat owners, kiska builder ne rulaya zyada?

Okay I'll say what no one says: delivery dates are a joke. Just moved into my flat in Sector 78 and things nobody told me... the PLC charges! They hit you with that right at possession. Honestly not sure if it was worth it. Heard mixed reviews about different builders. My friend bought in a project by another builder and unka possession was delayed by almost a year! Sun toh aisa bhi hai ki they promised a clubhouse, but abhi tak nahi bana. Change my mind. Tell me your builder horror stories. Which builder has the worst hidden charges and delays? I'm curious. Should I have gone with someone else? What's your experience?
