Sector 75, resale of my existing property is almost done and I'm looking at 2 BHK flats now. Kids have moved out, don't need such a big place anymore. Thinking of either ATS or Godrej Properties. ATS seems to have slightly better amenities. But heard some things about delayed possessions with ATS. Godrej, on the other hand, seems more reliable. What do you think? Which one will give better resale value 5 years down the line? Let me know!
