Sector 75 mein, heard some builders charge extra for parking later. Is it true? My wife's worried about PLC charges at possession for ATS projects. Also, any experience with Supertech's on-time delivery? Need at least a 3BHK, but budget tight hai. Any tips? Hope someone can share their experiences.
