Maine khud 2 saal pehle Ajayabpur mein ek plot liya tha, socha tha development hoga, but abhi bhi slow hai. Resale value ke liye connectivity aur social infrastructure bahut important hai. Kids ke liye parks, play areas, security bhi dekho. Sirf carpet area se ROI nahi aata.
